TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Although we will ‘bend over backwards’ to satisfy our customers, even with the best will-in-the-world, things can go wrong. Herewith below are our remedies:-
1. FAULTY GOODS: although goods are checked prior to sale, should a product prove to have had a fault at the point of sale, albeit undetected at that time, a full refund, or replacement product will be provided free of charge, providing that the fault was inherent at the time of purchase and not caused by misuse, damage (accidental or otherwise), or fair wear and tear.
2. NON FAULTY GOODS: products may be exchanged for an identical item of different size and/or colour (where appropriate), at our discretion, providing that the item is returned complete, undamaged, unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. No charge is made for this service when given, though the customer is responsible for postage/carriage in both directions.
3. UNWANTED GOODS: products may be taken back into stock at our discretion, providing that we are notified within 14 days of purchase and that they are complete, undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Payment for such returns can be in the form of a credit note for the full value of the item(s); or cash, credit or debit card refund subject to a 10% restocking fee. Responsibility and cost of postage/carriage remains with the customer.
